Bicentennial Park is in the heart of downtown Corydon, IN. This project was a vision of the Town of Corydon and made possible by the Stellar Communities designation. This project involved transforming an old parking lot into a beautiful green space that includes signature pavers, seat walls, limestone art walls, water fountains, and an open-air polygon structure.
The Indian Creek Trail Phase 3 project completed the final 1.2-mile stretch of asphalt and concrete trail, connecting downtown Corydon to Hayswood Park. A key feature of the project included the installation of a 250-foot, 3-span bridge relocated from its original site. CLR out of Vincennes, Indiana performed historic truss repairs and the relocation. C&R Construction installed 9,000 square feet of modular block wall along the creek to develop a pedestrian underpass beneath State Road 62. The trail was completed with a variety of wood fencing and railing. Despite significant rainfall during the project, the work was completed ahead of schedule.
